Handling and shipment
As soon as we receive your payment it will take 4-5 working days for your order to ship from our warehouse. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. For certain countries we handle additional shipping charges based on kilogram (Kg rate).
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Eef Lillemor within 2 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14 days after receipt. Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
Our sales policy is only to sell in your own brick and mortar or webshop – we do not approve our products to be sold at third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Ebay, DaWanda, Marktplaats or any of the many others).
Eef Lillemor has a continuous collection, therefore our advice is that our products should be sold at SRP prices al all times, these prices can be found on the website.
Please note that select items offered on our webshop are not available at wholesale. For all detailed product information and product descriptions we kindly refer you to our consumer website as it applies to our wholesale section also.
Method of payment
Payments through PayPal (a low transaction fee of will be charged to receive payment through PayPal), iDeal, Belfius, Bankcontact/Mister Cash, Sofort Banking and per bank transfer (in selected countries).
